Stephanie Meinhold, L.Ac.

Stephanie graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine with a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2008.  She is nationally board certified by NCCAOM and is licensed to practice in the state of Washington. Stephanie also holds an M.A. in Environment and Management from Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada and a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Calgary in Calgary, Canada.

Stephanie is certified in CPR and First Aid.  She is also certified by NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) for the use of treatment protocol to help mitigate the side effects of alcohol and drug detoxification. During her internship she worked at Project Quest in Portland using acupuncture to treat women undergoing breast cancer treatment and individuals in an alcohol and drug addiction therapy.

Stephanie is a member of WEAMA (Washington East Asian Medicine Association) and the AAAOM (American Acupuncture Association of Oriental Medicine).

Stephanie skillfully combines empathy with intuition and a gentle needling technique to make patients feel at ease and cared for. Her goal is to help facilitate balance by integrating the body, mind and spirit. She uses a combination of safe, natural and effective therapies to assist you in overcoming health concerns stemming from emotional and physical causes. Her treatments are designed to help you heal at the core and make genuine, long-lasting changes that will continue to benefit you throughout your life.

Her areas of interest are in mental health, pediatrics, women’s health and fertility.

She is married with two children and has lived in Washougal since 2004.
